MDHS Constitution – 2025 Revision

The MDHS Committee has recommended revising the Constitution to align it with new government requirements from:

• NSW Fair Trading
• Australian Charities and for Non-for-profits Commission
• Australian Taxation Office

Members will be asked to vote on the proposed new constitution at a General Meeting to be held on
1 March 2025 at the Moruya Golf Club:

• 2.00pm – Presentation by Christine Greig and Beverley Irving on their new book
• 3.15pm – Special Resolution to adopt a revised Constitution will be discussed and voted on.
  The Special Resolution is included in the Agenda below. It provides details of the voting requirements and an explanation of the reasons behind the proposed changes.
