Moruya is so lucky to have these Pioneer Directories. They are far superior to anything else I have seen published by other historical societies. Many historical societies include only information supplied by descendants so it depends whether you happen to know that a directory is being published and you happen to have the information as to whether your family is included. Moruya has gone to the registry offices and got first hand information. The inclusion of obituaries has been invaluable. I have been able to help many people trace their family histories through these directories. My original book form ones are very dog-eared. Congratulations to all concerned.
